FBI probing American woman's death on Aruba-bound cruise ship

The FBI is investigating the mysterious death of an American woman aboard a cruise ship in the Caribbean. The 52-year-old woman died Tuesday morning, after reportedly plunging from the upper deck of a Royal Princess cruise ship that was heading to Aruba from Fort Lauderdale. Aruba-based media report a man was seen choking the woman before the fall, and her death is being treated as a possible murder. Women accuse Dartmouth of shielding predatory teachers for more than a decade

Seven women filed a $70 million federal lawsuit Thursday morning accusing Dartmouth College officials of ignoring numerous complaints about sexual misconduct going back more than a decade. They claim the school didn't protect them from the professors' predatory behavior, which they say included groping, harassment, and worse. Jericka Duncan reports.

Ford testing self-driving cars in Miami

A scathing New York Times report says CEO Mark Zuckerberg and COO Sheryl Sandberg "ignored warning signs and then sought to conceal them from public view." Saudi Arabia seeks death penalty for suspects in Jamal Khashoggi's murder

Saudi Arabia's top prosecutor announced new charges in last month's killing of Washington Post contributor Jamal Khashoggi. He wants five of the suspects to face the death penalty for the killing and dismembering of the journalist who was a critic of the Saudi crown prince and de facto ruler. Michael Avenatti speaks out after arrest on suspicion of domestic violence

Michael Avenatti, the lawyer for an adult film star allegedly paid off by President Trump, faces a felony charge of domestic violence. Police arrested Avenatti in Los Angeles Wednesday. He was freed on bail. Avenatti told reporters the charge is false and he expects to be cleared.

First group from migrant caravans reaches U.S.-Mexico border

Mexican officials in Tijuana are scrambling to accomodate hundreds of Central Americans who arrived at the U.S.-Mexico border.
