Fauci "cautiously optimistic" about progress on coronavirus vaccine

The United States has had more than 1.8 million confirmed cases of COVID-19, resulting in the deaths of more than 107,000 Americans. But Dr. Anthony Fauci is offering a glimmer of hope, saying he believes the U.S. could have a "couple hundred million" doses of a vaccine by early 2021.
