New Jersey Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver dies after briefly serving as acting governor

New Jersey Lt. Gov. Sheila Oliver has died at the age of 71 after being hospitalized Monday for an undisclosed medical issue. Gov. Phil Murphy is out of the country, so the president of the state senate is now acting governor.
