No I'm sorry you are v wrong on this, the Yorkshire pit mentality does my head in on a weekly basis.. " when I was a lad I played in my underpants and a vest -10 down in Feth we used to get on with it.. blah blah" use tha brain and manage players accordingly this lad clearly miserable and struggling needs support yes his professionalism v poor but needs low impact get the weight off played the friendlies 3 from 4. Coming back from a car crash that may of ended his career we risk him at Gateshead too weighty knee gets crocked. Читать дальше...

It is their business, but as a club we need to be looking at alternative packages. As a Club we are back to Déjà vu. Back to square one.
The Club needs to seriously get motivated and start looking at alternatives rather than a cheque from Super League.

It's been said before but Wigan won the GF after missing EVERY attempt at goal. We also won a challenge cup final with Ben Westwood kicking. It helps to have an unbelievably good kicker, but it isn't as important as some people are making out. I can't remember the last major final that was won due to the reliability of the goalkicker.

I think we will see two of our players going to Featherstone Rovers on season long loans, increasingly more likely with them leaving squad numbers 1 & 2 vacant. My guess is Golding and Newman, recallable loans.

The fact that Crosby is looking credible as one of Leeds’ starting props probably tells you what you need to know - he’s a rotation prop at the top clubs I would suggest. Solid enough but a club like Leeds should have internationals in key positions. Garbutt was the right quality when fit, but truth is we never replaced Peacock’s role. Galloway was a good bloke but never really got going with us. Now we’re left with Singleton, a bunch of project signings and one big... Читать дальше...
