I have it on good authority that Lam really doesn’t rate Greenwood , so Greenwood is looking to leave asap

Always trust the Enforcer. Who told you Edwards wasnt coming months before anybody even thought there was a problem? Who brought up the idea that Greenwood could be on his way out before anybody thought of the idea?

The one good thing that has happend this year is that the shot clock to make teams form scrums and hurry up with drop outs as been a good decision. Bilko has mentioned on twitter that the Grand Final lastes only 42 minutes and 48 seconds in the first half and 47 minutes in the second! Compared to 53 minutes first half and 65 minutes second half in last years Grand Final. This years game finished at 7.51pm meaning there was lots of time to do interviews to the trophy presentation... Читать дальше...

Wakefield Trinity • Re: Shaun Lunt

I think he has been treated harshly this past season from HKR and the whinos, due to changes in the management at both clubs but his tries to games ratio would probably stand up against most of the top hookers in superleague.

English supporters hands aren’t exactly clean on this score. The moral high ground taken tonight by all and sundry just emphasises the sweep, sweep mentality we have to it.

No some English supporters aren't but what else do we do to combat it, say no problem because we've got a few pillocks as well, so we'll let it slide. No we fight against it as a community everywhere we see it.

I've seen similar displays in Eastern Europe over the years and it just doesn't change out there. Читать дальше...

Who replaces him for GB? Is Ryan Hall injured?

Such a shame for Tom Johnstone, he was clearly Makinsons understudy and started the season on fire!

I think that Makinson is first choice without question but Johnstone is virtually his clone, just bad luck for both of them I suppose.

Looking forward to the nines starting on Friday. Hopefully the lads and lasses can go far in the competitions.

Also will be interesting to see what kind of squad England Knights have out on Sunday.

Leeds Rhinos - southstander.com • Re: Bye bye ISC, hello X-Blades??

Apparently ISC have made their UK staff redundant and are leaving their base in Castleford, so in theory shutting shop. I wouldn’t be surprised if this was the case with the new deal announced and we go to Oxen Sport (X-Blades new name). Lee has worked with Hull FC and Leeds commercial departments previously and designed some cracking kits.

I hope he has re-signed. Committed and creative.

Just on Broughy though, after ten rounds he was on the Man of Steel leader board. His injury side-swiped him perhaps more than we realised. Would Rocky have been on the leader board?

I cant understand why people are happy about this - a mediocre player has held the club to ransom and looks like has won - taking money we could of probably sign someone who may take us further than the relrgation... Читать дальше...

Just wondering what your thoughts are on Chris Brereton, he has just purchased the Bulls as part of a consortium.

No he hasn't. Bulls are still 'owned' by Chalmers. There is an agreement to buy/sell but that is all up to now.
