More like Grounds isn't very good, makes a few mistakes, doesn't do anything going forward, etc.. but because the rest of the team haven't performed well, it doesn't stand out how much of a weak link he is. He seems a decent enough bloke, has never hid away and always gives his best, but he was a free transfer from Oldham and it's probably time to get an upgrade.
