Just sold mine using High street estate agents. Trying to view properties using internet based sellers, is a feckin nightmare. Its all done via email, with a yes or no answer to viewing request, no option of an alternative more convenient time for the seller, just yes or no. It has actually put me off viewing properties cos of the hassle. Fees vary, mine cost £2195. Far better dealing with people, and having real communication. I also like the fact the estate agent accompanies the viewing's. The one they couldn't due to timing's was pretty uncomfortable.
