Get three if you can - don't always go for the cheapest, go for the one that gives you most confidence.and don't necessarily go for the one that values your property higher - it might be a genuine valuation, but it could also be bait to get you to go with them. Most people don't have very good things to say about estate agents, but if there's a local forum to you, it might be worth getting any opinions. Have a look at what's selling locally, and at what sort of prices they're going for - obvious stuff really, I suppose.
