Be very careful who you go for and what price they try to sell your house at. What may seem a great low cost deal could end up costing you Thousands if they under value your house and sell it for less than its worth. Any agent can sell your house if its undervalued. I'm with a small local " High Street Agent " at the moment. Would not consider Purple Bricks - To many bad stories mixed in with some happy customers. One company who i hear a lot of good things about at the moment is a company that covers Sandwell, Birmingham, Solihull called "Love your Postcode". Its run by a chap called Bobby Singh, they are making big waves and if i lived in the area that they cover id have gone with them.
