Having Steve Cotterill at the training ground seemes to do wonders for the players. I remember somebody posting about how Steve Coterill would be on the training ground 24 7 but Redknapp wasnt ever anywhere to be seen according to players. And at hia age and his contract with his problems and his drive i dont see that changing.
Having somebody with Steve Cotweills authority really helped being around the players all the time.
