At the time i did think Rowett was found and his play was boring and he had no back up plan. But now i look back, i look at how shallow and poor our squad was, we lost Toral and got in Flopbrinni, we had a really aged Donaldson and a cast of Jutkiewicz, we had young raw untested Adams and a defence made of 4 rejects. With money to spend we could have been up there like Derby doing Hull 5-0 and Rowetts signing starring.

Maybe. Maybe not. Hard to say how Rowett would have done with money, but I am sure we would be in a better position than we are now had he stayed. That's not Redknapps fault though. It's the owners and Zolas. Give Redknapp a few games with his players. If we are still in the bottom half of the table in late November then come back and have a good moan then. I will. But hopefully won't need to.
