I've only ever had problem with acoustic guitars and been refunded both times. However, explaining to eBay that, a guitar with snapped truss rod is merely scrap wood in the shape of a guitar and fails to conform to the most basic tenets of being a guitar, was like trying to teach 5 year olds quantum physics. On both occasions when I returned the guitar it was back u for sale the day they received it.
