Always use these but went to buy a tv off them recently and the service was shit. I went elsewhere.

I've had the same with them before but do your homework and go in and get the best price and warranty. Any retailer can have an employee that can't be arsed but more often than not they're the most knowledgeable and helpful lot out there.

Go to Currys or somewhere like that and you usually get a clueless kid with little or no training that's been left to sell all sorts of different electrical stuff.
