I think we agree on your points 1-5, LB. But surely Maghoma is good enough for wide left? personally, I think he is Player of the season, admittedly in not a strong competition this season. I think Maghoma has improved a lot since Christmas, & he compliments Jota. Having two strong wingers really puts pressure on the opposition defence, cos it adds uncertainty & spreads the play - working & tiring those defenders more.

However, even those players we agree on keeping are so prone to unreliability & inconsistency. I’d say this is the most inconsistent squad I’ve ever known at Blues. That really baffles me.... & GM, I think.

I haven’t a clue which Blues side will turn up on Sunday - the confident, well organised & driven force that we saw v Hull, or the lacklustre, nervy & ill-disciplined side that bottled it v Barnsley & QPR.
