Find it strange that in his first managerial job with just over six weeks till the season starts, he is doing punditry for the BBC in Russia.

If I was a Derby fan I would be a bit disappointed, he isn't at Derby, getting ready for the new season, with so little experience, how to do things.. Be even worse if he was out there till the final in mid July

I suppose he maybe flying out for each match, he does punditry on. But that must take at least 2 days travelling per match minimum
