Fantastic atmosphere! The night fa cup game v Man U, 1969 which finished 2.2 was probably as good as it gets! Dave sugar Robinson equalised with pen late on,

I'd say it depends on how valuable or unusual your home is really.
We have sold ours (hopefully!) and chose to use a specialist local estate agent. They have charged us a fee of 1% plus VAT but the more upmarket national brands were looking at 1.5% to 1.75%. That said they will have earned it as they've done a lot of work behind the scenes liaising with solicitors and other agents to make sure the chain holds together and people are kept informed.

Lowe was far more creative and i reckon there's a decent football in him. At times Davis looked a passenger, he tried but things didnt come off. A spell on the sidelines beckons. The failure to land a top class midfielder to create things looks like a massive failing on the managers part.
Having been to the game yesterday Grounds was no worse than most of the others. Yes he gave the ball away a few times but so did the rest of the team. As a defender in my opinion he's bang average, however going forward is a massive part of his game which lets him down. An attacking full back who puts in a decent cross he isnt.

Most of his passes are safe balls to the centre-backs or panicked balls up the line. Player of the season talk after 6 league games.. Nobody has really covered themselves in glory so far, apart from a few decent moments from Maghoma.

I've sold my house three times this year, using House Simple. It fell through the first two occasions through no fault of theirs. They use proper professional photographers, which is why I went with them - in my opinion, the photos are surely the most important aspect of the marketing. Some of the photos taken by High Street agents are eye-poppingly bad.
