Speaking of boutique amps Tam, and a little closer to home, have you heard of these? [www.howlingwolf.co]
Guitarist from Worcester rockabilly band The Delray Rockets puts his Gretsch through one and it sounds really nice.

Could well be the electrics in the house Tam. My lad's gig rig consists of a Squier Strat through an Orange Dual Terror and an Orange 2x12OBC and never has any problems unless we play one particular place in Great Barr where it buzzes like f*ck (to use the technical term). Same set up, same settings worked absolutely fine the following night in a different room, so for that particular gig he has to use the Les Paul.
Proper club leeds are.
Loud as feck last night for a pretty standard tuesday night game. Fair play to them.

Are we all in agreement that Nsue should be at right back linking up with his fellow countryman Jota and Colin should be at left back behind Boga?

They're all hollow body guitars, which do carry a penalty of being noisier. I agree though, it is annoyingly random. Interestingly enough, I use Kemper and some profiles my Strat and Tele are as noisy as chuff with any real gain on them, others they are fine ergo, amp architecture does play a large part in it as well. .
I'll answer your questions when you explain to us why you don't support Coventry City.
He's been around forever and is generally appalling.
Leeds fan from Coventry?

Hello all :D
LUFC fan, little while ago i decided to visit other clubs forums to get an insight into there views on various things Championship related, then stick it on a thread on our forum and discuss. This is my 3rd club visit so far and my 2nd Birmingham club after Villa, side note im from Coventry so bit of a soft spot for Midlands clubs B)
Thought could start with the game, and this is based on a stream that gave up in the 2nd half and then listening to the rest.

In Che's case, it could well be because he's trying just that little too hard to prove himself.
I'm taking pelters on this thread :D the point Cheswick made about switching from artificial to grass is the kind of thing I'm thinking of. Something along those lines.
If the injuries continue in this vein, it'll add more weight to the idea. If they dry up, it's just been bad luck.
To be fair, he said "It might be training techniques, it might be the training pitches themselves, or maybe the new fitness team are getting it totally wrong with recovery etc"
Are you suggesting those things have no correlation to injuries that occur on the pitch?

TBF, it was meant more like a rallying cry than a moan. Whoops!

'Arry said of the first injury "Che really should have come off when he first felt it however, he tried to run it off cos that's how he is".

Ahem, two of those are single pole pups, that's the price of using them. They are Filtertrons on the Gretch so I'm not totally au fiat with how noisy they are, I only have one and it's on the neck of my Cabronita Tele. Plus, as the years have passed, they have increased the output of most pups so there's more inherent noise anyway.

From a personal point of view, I wasn't at this game so can only go by Richard Wilfords commentary on Wm. But I can't remember him being so enthused, upbeat and almost excited for the full 90 minutes of a Birmingham City commentary. I can't remember one sigh from him, like he normally gives when play breaks down or we get a wasted chance and I will take a positive from that, for last nights performance.
Flashscore is lighting quick.
One time I was at Blues vs Barnsley and the Barnsley goal flashed up on my screen before they had scored at the ground.
