I applaud your sentiment, still think you should be able to find a club to support your plan.
Just make sure you make it crystal clear what your philosophy is before you start i.e. all get equal time on the pitch irrespective of ability etc..

The responses in this thread are so depressing. We've spent £20m in transfer fees recently, we're loaded and have ambitious owners and yet people are suggesting the likes of Cotterill, Moyes and Carsley. Where's the ambition? A rich club that will pay its manager up to £2m a year is massively attractive.
There's only one man for a situation like this and we all know who that is.

It's not just about the so called 140 pilots who have left over recent weeks, it's to do with a steady decline in pilots willing to take O'Leary's shilling over the past couple of years.
