Set up a team myself a couple of times from Scratch - It can be done no problem however the one bit of advice i would give is to get a group of parents 4 /5 to form a committee and then each parent can take a role within the formation. The FA level 1 is your stumbling block unless you can get someone to " Help you " who is already qualified.

His post Wembley management directly caused us to be relegated and the financial hole we were in. I've never been so depressed going to a game knowing what the tactics were going to be and spending 90 mins watching hoof ball to Jerome who'd invariably be offside. THEN jumping ship ASAP - can't believe he's thrown his hat in the ring....

McLeish coming back would not be a good idea for him, or for us. He is desperate to get back into management and would pimp himself to anyone in England in the top two leagues. He's been poor since leaving us, and I don't fancy him trying to fix his burnt up reputation with us.
Like Redknapp and Mclaren, Mcleish has lost it.
