Blues vs Burton: Reflections Blues were held to a one all draw at the weekend although it could, neighshould, have been all three points that Blues walked away with had Boga's goal stood. It is a positive however that Blues were able to come from behind to share the points which will be huge. The...

I’ve had to cut the grass a couple of times in the last weeks.
It’s official Sping is here

Anybody interested?
I've been interested to read how angry people are about having to fork out £32 for tickets to the Bristol game. As someone who spends most Saturday afternoons watching amateur rugby (entrance fee £3-£5!) I'd lost track of how much professional clubs charge now. That was until I travelled up to Keynsham for a match only to find that it had been postponed; rather than waste the afternoon I decided to go and watch Bath play Newcastle in the Anglo-Welsh (aka Mickey Mouse) Cup. Bath's ground has mainly uncovered stands... Читать дальше...

I saw "Stand up and Rock" last night featuring Mr Carrott and Bev Bevan's band. I must say Jasper was brilliant, still as funny as ever with his typical Brummie self-depracating humour and looking really good following his recent health worries.
And Bev Bevan, supported by some really talented singers was as good on the drums as he ever was. If you love music from the 60s and 70s, you'll love this show.
Fantastic evening from a couple of guys with over 140 years between them.

They wanted to place 3600 safe standing spaces in Smethwick end but it was denied. Joke.

Anybody watch this? It's been going for ages now and should be getting stale, but this series is great. It's impressive how they get their finger on the pulse of current events, months before they happen. We've had Cambridge Analytics type shenanigans, poisoning of spys, Russian denials, all sorts of events which could be straight off the news.
To be fair the one big miscalculation was predicting a Hilary Clinton win so they have had to change the personality of the previously decent lady president into a sinister lunatic.
