Once again, Birmingham City enter the last game of a season unsure of which division they will spend the next season in. It's strange. For 16 months we have been duffing it up regularly, had two terrible managers (Zola and Cotterill), wasted money on some duff players but somehow attendances are picking up.

A different manager playing more ambitious football seems to be the difference. Is this it?

Always been a bit suspicious of these healthy cook books and personal trainer guides, but am currently trying Joe Wicks Lean in 15, just say, some of the recipes are absolutely lovely, all very healthy and good for refuelling after a work out
