Re: POWER

Great ending last night. I thought it was a very well made episode and kept me on the edge of my seat.

I won't spoil it with any spoilers, but what did happen obviously happened to the wrong person so Season 6 will see a whole new rivalry between you know who and you know who

Small Heath Alliance

It's been more than a week since the QPR game and I'm still having flashbacks of the most dull, uninspired, insipid, lethargic game of 'football' I've ever seen. Waking up in a cold sweat in the middle of the night, in disbelief I stayed until the bitter end. I would not have wished 90 minutes of that on my worst enemy.

Birmingham City fans have been reacting in various ways to reports of the Supporters Forum on Thursday and the Telegraph article about a possible 12-point deduction.

Dear all

This afternoon the Trust launched our fan engagement exercise, Blueprint 2025, and they are writing to seek your help. As far as I can remember this is the first time anyone has ever bothered asking Blues fans anything about their club, so in this spirit the trust would be be grateful for your assistance.

There's an FAQ on the page hopefully explaining a bit about what we're hoping to achieve, and Brian Dick has run a piece about it here... Читать дальше...

Is there a bigger pr*ck in world sport at the moment?

She's just vile. Not the first time she's bullied and threatened judges and umpires when it doesn't go her way. A complete narcissist who makes it always about her. The poor other girl having her big moment taken from her.

What's even more awful is her playing the race card, the sexism card and the mother card and people pandering to it.

It's shamefully predictable that the likes of Billie Jean King etc are supporting her through all this. Читать дальше...

Movie Review: Upgrade (no replies)

Small Heath Alliance

Ẁell worth a watch for a good revenge movie. Can't believe they didn't chuck more money at the idea.
A bloke (who by the way is the absolute spitting image of Tom Hardy) gets into an accident (his wife is killed too) and becomes paraplegic but is offered a 'backstreet' operation that will give him access to his limbs.
They plant a chip in his spinal chord called STEM which helps him control his limbs - and fight.

It's so cleverly done. For a low-budget action it gets the full 5/5 dongs for me.
