we are selling our house and have been asked by the buyers to provide indemnity insurance against the flying freehold (basically the alleyway / ginnel that runs between the 2 houses with the first floor over it). We have never had one and neither has anyone else in the road but it's relatively new thing which i think is being pushed by the mortgage people / solicitors / surveyors.

Just been quoted £320 by a Nissan main dealer to replace a remote key fob lost by my better half.
Sounds like an utter rip off to me, bet I dont really know what these things cost.

I know they have only had a couple of games together so far but who would have thought that the area of play where we have been sadly lacking ability for so long could possibly be solved by a villa loanee and one of our kids.
