If the EFL were to do it now and made it so swingeing, making us almost certain for relegation; would that be good for the league as a whole?
If they were to leave it till the end of the season the actual amount of points deducted would become irrelevant.
They would just be deciding whether to relegate us or not.

I don't really see the EFL as a particular enemy any more than any other business organisation. They do rule over the pyramid system of the professional leagues and I'm not sure what a 'free market' approach would do to that.

We really need to work on them, used in the right way it can be very dangerous.
There was a time in the second half where(chalobah) who was very good yesterday, made a late run with the thrower placing it in his stride and the ball being whipped dangerously into our box, reminded me of the Alan Campbell/ Gordon Taylor routine used high up the pitch which caught out unsuspecting defences many a time.
