The Club is working with the EFL to improve our position re P&S. Constructive cooperation can only be a good thing, and is surely likely to temper any eventual penalty - If there is one.
If the EFL planned to hit us really hard, then they surely would have struck early, before we had a chance to demonstrate better behaviours & improved finances.
Let’s just enjoy the football. We deserve it.
