PFA having to step in to guarantee the players wages again. This appears to be fine with the EFL, even though it's not the first time this season.
Just saying.

Is Low's Double Negative.
Utterly beguiling, spellbinding stuff.
They're playing Brum in January too.
Honourable mentions to Robyn, US Girls and Janelle Monae. Fine showing by the ladies again this year.
My current favourite only came out last week! Still plenty of time to reflect though, plus find stuff new to you from lists like this

When I get suspicious emails purporting to be from banks, I always try to report them to the banks fraud department.
Today, the same email coming from 3 different email addresses landed, under a Nat West banner.
Sent them to phishing@natwest.com. Bounced back as undelivered as an address in the email was listed as spam.
Phoned them. They said send it to phishing@rbs.co.uk. Bounced back again, quoting the same reason.

it's for £183K! so quite significant amount, our credit status is already at maximum risk so it doesn't affect that, but it sends out a message about a lack of control within the company. Most companies will do anything to avoid a CCJ on their record!
I said when Roger Lloyd & Julia Shelton went that there was trouble at mill!
Our losses for last posted year were almost as big as our turnover, if we are going to try to work within FFP we need to cut our spending (which effectively is wages) by 17 million or £320 K per week! Читать дальше...

Des - Come back in 28 days and if the CCJ is still there then lets worry. At the moment all it means is they have lost a court case. The only thing we need to worry about here, is whether they have they used shite lawyers or not. If (big IF) they are a prudently run compnay they will already have allocated the potential cost into their accounts and cashflow and life will go on.
I wouldn't expect it to be there.
...did Zigic get put on that penno away in Braga?
Love the big man, but a penalty taker he is not.
And Braga chucking away that 3 goal lead in Brugge.
Seething.

How can Barca get away with playing such a weakened team if I was Inter Milan I’d be fuming. On saying that I’d like Spurs to win anyway.
turley
I remember going to West Ham for the league game in the season we won the League Cup after beating them in the semi final. I reckon we took about 200. Where were you all that day?

There seems to have always been a bit of a dispute about Sprouts with Christmas Dinner but an advert on telly this year is also querying whether Yorkies should be allowed on the festive plate .
As it is well known and accepted that SHA is the industry standard for correct culinary taste , I was just wondering what the general opinion is on this quandary of good etiquette.
For what it,s worth The davenport household will be having both.
Yorkies ,yes. Sprouts,yes !
