Oh sorry. I didn't say they'd be banned from European competitions, and I've no idea if they will be. I don't think it's impossible, but I suspect they'll jump on the chance of doing something.
I've no idea of course, and I wouldn't rule out the possibility of the Man City owners cutting out the middle man, so to speak, and finding a way to pay off those making the decision.
Win win for both parties.
