Hi all - can anyone recommend some good country pubs within about 30-45 minutes from South Birmingham / J2 M42 area.
Somwhere with a nice garden, good home cooked food and variety of ales would be preferable

My husband is off to Frankfurt tomorrow with a group of friends and is trying to find somewhere which will show the Blues game. He has contacted a few bars but they have all said they are showing German games tomorrow night. So he has asked me to see if anyone on here has any local knowledge of bars which might show it. Anyone? (Sadly the bar called Birmingham is not showing it either!) Thank you.
