Speeding
Got a letter through as was doing 58mph in a 40 (down the spine rd)
Was on way to hospital appointment with a consultant for an oeration. I left work late for as got stuck ... no excuse but stupidly despite plenty of signs in my panic got speed totally wrong.
I know each case is different but would you think court or fixed penalty. Clean license up to now so no experience of West Mids Police.
