Had a look back at a few of our best seasons regarding the fine art of goal-scoring.
One thing that struck me was the quantity of goals we have scored in the past, during
some of our better campaigns.

1933/34 (barring og's) we got 54 goals all competitions

No-one into double figures

But we had 18 individual goal scorers!

Talk about sharing the burden!

The highlight today for many will be England v Croatia.
Would be nice to see England stroll to a win like Belgium but very unlikely especially with England's defensive issues created by the injury to Maguire, talk of Shaw operating in a back 3 or maybe Mings with 4 at the back, add to that the often uncertain Stones in an England shirt, so personally not sure on either of those line ups so expect some rocky moments.
