My mums just moved into a bungalow and can't get her sofa through the front door.
Only option is popping the front windows out and getting it in that way.
Can anyone recommend anyone local that might be able to help?
Cheers

Once again I fall upon the combined knowledge of SHA for some top tips.
I’m buying a new pad, well a new 1910’s pad and am thinking on surveys.
Pretty sure this has been discussed before and if I recall going for the full Level three Building Survey is a good idea.
Was wondering if anyone has any connects and contacts in this field? House is in the B45 area, that’s South West Brum, near Rednal if that helps.
As an aside, a while ago there was a mortgage brokers post, I paid attention... Читать дальше...
It doesnt feel like that long since the last season came to an end but already the new one is upon us. Players have returned for pre-season testing, three new signings have already been made; and potentially most importantly, Blues have finalised their backroom structure that had been ripped apart b

Over the last week or so I got quite lucky with some cryptocurrency, I managed to x30 my initial investment. I was very happy of course!
My question to the SHA community is for anyone who has experience with Cryptocurrency. Once this money hits my bank (as I will want to withdraw it soon) will I have to pay Capital Gains Tax on this? I am currently working full time, and I'm unsure how I would have to pay the tax and how much.
I'm interested in other people's experiences when it comes to Cryptocurrency!
I'm not sure if this is common knowledge; for those that had tickets for the semis and/or the final and had them cancelled, they're back on the portal.

I’m relatively new here and have been posting a bit this weekend after a baptism of fire back in February after an admittedly poor and misinformed post I made regarding BLM, my bad.
So, sorry if I’m regurgitating an old thread but I can’t reply to older ones, what’s your local and what’s it like?
I appreciate some of you may not go to the pub, don’t drink or found out that you can save for a new bathroom while the pubs were shut (like I did) and leave them alone.
Mine is the Four Ways in Rowley Regis, Oldbury. Читать дальше...

I feel that some are being too hard on people who move on from Blues.
I stayed in my first teaching post for a couple of years - made plenty of mistakes, learned a lot, but then moved on to another post where I continued to develop my skills and as it happened stayed quite a few years becoming more and more competent and achieving promotions.
Yes my first post nurtured me but I'd also given them quite a bit as well.
I support us having a well resourced academy even... Читать дальше...

It certainly doesn’t help. But I’m more concerned about his lack of experience for the role.
May well be re-opening. Nothing more to add just yet. Watch this space.
That's probably why it shut ????
At least in the 60's here, if we think a pub's great we go in every week
