Simon Jones has announced he is leaving Blues today.
He was mentioned in the linked 'Football Restructure' update from Blues on 25th Jun as taking the lead in overhauling the club's player recruitment process.

Went to watch Kidderminster yesterday with it being Bank Hol and he was the standout player on the pitch as they won 3-1 against Chester to go third in the league.

See, from what I saw I didn’t think he was much good. He’ll be brilliant in the lower leagues but looks wayyyyy too slow for the championship and that will only keep on decreasing.

That group of strikers at this level I feel is very good. I’d love to see a pacey little striker like Simmonds give Bowyer a headache and have to involve him too, because a fast poacher is the last of the type of strikers we need to fill the puzzle
