Two instances of him being a wonderful human over the last few days.
The interview with Adrian Clifton before the Boreham Wood match was proper ‘lump in your throat’ kind of moving.
Then last night he was helping to present an award at The Brits with Bukayo Saka. He started by saying what a thrill it was to be on stage next to one of his absolute heroes. I swear Saka looked like he grew a foot taller. Such an act of humility from a football legend towards a young man standing on his shoulders.

A few people saying its a good time to play them after the FA Cup defeat, but I disagree.

I know most people realised he was good, but at points I thought he was pretty much the best midfielder in the world (top 3, definitely), which didn’t really get acknowledged.
And he really did almost sign for Blues.
Definitely the most underrated of the last decade. He was incredible in that Spurs midfield. The type of midfielder that Pogba should have been.
I reckon it is a close competition between him and Carrick for most underrated of the 21st century.

Of all the young lads out on loan in England, the only one that seems to be getting game time is Stirk. Clough seems to rate him and so do their fans. Perhaps he might come back to us next season and be a first team option??!
The rest are seemingly just making up the numbers, more often than not warming the bench. Pointless.
