Announcement of some sort tomorrow re Buckingham Group, last one giving ‘notice of intent’ to go into administration will have been 10 days ago.
This has been a bit of a delaying tactic on their part because nobody can continue with any works (swap contractors) whilst they are not officially in administration. Obviously if they go then others can step in to finish off existing contracts. Messy because suppliers, sub-contractors, etc are all owed money by Buckingham as it stands.

My understanding is that the notice of intention to appoint administrators was filed 2 weeks ago and gives 10 days of protection (from creditors).
Not seen any comment in the last few days?
