I struggle with the dark mornings and I'm tempted to spend a silly amount of money on a bedroom lamp...or sunrise alarm as they're sometimes called. Anybody got one? Why are some 40 quid and some over 200. Do they work and do you think you've woke up in July when it's really the middle of January?
If i had the money, i'd get one of those clap lamp things (no idea what theyre called) as I suffer in the winter. Not a fan of it.

Just reading his autobiography. Overall it’s rubbish but there’s a few interesting snippets in the couple of chapters on us, particularly how Francis came to play for Detroit Express. And how Tarantini left, reluctantly. Strangely no mention of Alberto wading into the paddock.
He refers to us throughout as City. I’ve loved tha bastard for decades but I’ve gone right off him now

Hope it’s not a long term injury. Talented bright player but he’s injured 70% of the time. Be interesting to see if he signs a new contract, if not might not get much at all if we look to cash in January. He’d be wise to sign at least a year extension and hopefully get fit and playing more.
