Well, I’ve had a very positive experience, thus it almost seems to be my duty to shout about it!
On Friday, I tried to buy 2 Colchester tickets (both for adult Season Ticket holders) online. I don’t know why, but I was not offered the ‘£10 Adult ST’ as an option.
I emailed the Ticket Office to inform them. Shortly after, I decided to call - I got through fairly quickly- and it was all sorted in minutes.
Last week, the family Season Tickets arrived and there was an error on one of them (my name and CR number had been printed on 2 of them- actually, my brother’s name and CR number should have bern on one of them).
This morning, i received a call from the Ticket Office: it was Alex, who had seen my email and was wondering if the (Colchester) ticket issue had been sorted. I told her it had but that I hadn’t received the tickets (they came through the door a short while later); she sent me an electronic copy of the tickets (this came through during the call).
I then told her about the Season Ticket issue- she sorted it there and then and my brother’s new Season Ticket card is in the post.
