As a teenager I went to the shitehouses like The Dome, Pagoda Park, and Ritzy.


I didn’t do much clubbing for a few years, and then discovered Snobs. I didn’t look back for 8 years.

Freak Scene, Life Is Easy, UFO, I used to go 3 nights a week.

I think we should start a campaign to get Snobs a mention in the upcoming Peaky Blinders film. Didn’t open till 1972 so way off in terms of timelines, but then again isn’t everything in Peaky’s.

Still going strong today serving the kids of Birmingham, just as it has done for the last 50 years.
