Understand all of the excitement surrounding the takeover news, but for me personally, I cannot wait to see some cosmetic changes to the the stadium internally and externally. Loads needs to be done but having a ground that makes the experience of watching a game stress-free makes all the difference in my opinion.

I think the majority of us know where the improvements need to be made (there's a lot of them), but for me, it's paramount we have a stadium that we can call home. I don't want an Americanized, NFL/'fanzone' type, soulless stadium, but to get the the fan base returning, new fans on board and appealing to younger, glory hunting types, we need somewhere not only attractive to come to, but something impressive and enjoyable.

Combine this with competent transport links to and from the ground then the rest will follow IMO. Bums on seats and creating a better fan experience (current and new) needs to be at the forefront of everything initially before we get too far ahead of ourselves.

We could have a striker banging in 30 goals a season for us, but with queues heaving at half time and no hot water in the paddocks, the younger generations are gonna opt for watching Man City at home instead
