This will be split into 3 tiers
Lower Tier 18,000
Middle Tier 27,000
Top Tier 15,000
Total = 60,000
There will be a retractable roof so that matches, concerts, exhibitions, events are unaffected by weather conditions ... and a retractable/ easily covered pitch area
Please note :
... only the first two tiers will be open to ST holders (until regular crowds exceed 45,000) and have tickets sold for them ... ie effectively a "usual use" capacity max of 45,000 .... the top tier will only be open for events once 45,000 tickets have been sold
... having two tiers only open (as envisaged for initial seasons) will therefore not make the stadium appear "empty" and usually the top tier seating areas will be covered in BCFC designed drapes/banner
