This October I'll be running 5km every single day (155km in total across the month) to raise money for Prostate Cancer UK as part of their Prostate United campaign.
Prostate cancer is the biggest cause of cancer in men and it kills one man every 45 minutes - that's half a football match.

I've come to the realisation that my mental is suffering quite bad, so I took it upon myself to head over to the doctors for help. What a waste of time that was. They just want to prescribe me with drugs and shove me out the door. No recourse what so ever.
I'm so deflated right now, im struggling daily. I haven't come here for sympathy. Just to vent really.
