Mental health

I've come to the realisation that my mental is suffering quite bad, so I took it upon myself to head over to the doctors for help. What a waste of time that was. They just want to prescribe me with drugs and shove me out the door. No recourse what so ever.
I'm so deflated right now, im struggling daily. I haven't come here for sympathy. Just to vent really.

A few years ago there was a fellow blue who would arrange meets for men who were in such position, can't think for the life of me what his name is. If anyone knows of who I'm talking about I'd appreciate it if you could inbox me his details. Cheers
