We just need a competent manager. Someone who can organise a team, has decent man-management skills and the ability to get the maximum out of his group of players with a few additions to the team and squad to provide an added boost. We had a bloke in charge at the start of last season with those skills, got rid and replaced him with someone who patently did not and have now got someone in charge who can hopefully - given the tools - repair the damage and set us on the right road again. Frankly, i've always been a Harry sceptic previously but compared to the Zola era? I'm all for him.
