Returning to the short track of Dover (Del.) International Speedway, B.J. McLeod Motorsports (BJMM) treks into Saturday afternoon’s OneMain Financial 200 looking to tame the ‘Monster Mile.’

Ross Chastain will be quite busy this weekend at Dover International Speedway. Chastain plans to drive in all three NASCAR events at the track – Friday’s Camping World Truck Series race, Saturday’s Xfinity Series race and Sunday’s Monster Energy NASCAR Cup race.

Harrison Rhodes is ready to test the Monster Mile. Rhodes will drive the Meding’s Seafood/Iron Source No. 01 Chevrolet in Saturday’s OneMain Financial 200 at DIS, known as one of the fastest and toughest one-mile tracks in racing.

Dover International Speedway is fast and furious and has earned its nickname of the Monster Mile. Garrett Smithley will race at DIS for the third time in Saturday’s OneMain Financial 200 Xfinity Series event.

Ryan Blaney and the Motorcraft/Quick Lane team are headed to Dover International Speedway where the team has had a history of preparing fast cars, both back in the day and in the not-too-distant past.

There have been 94 Cup races with 35 different winners at Dover. The first Cup Series race was held on July 6, 1969, and was won by Richard Petty. David Pearson captured the inaugural pole and leads all drivers with six poles. But did you know that he also holds the record for most consecutive poles at Dover? From 1973 to the spring of 1974, he scored three straight poles.

Kyle Busch had a long day on Sunday. The 2015 Cup Series champion, still on the hunt for his first points win of the season, entered the Coca-Cola 600 with a lot of expectations. He had just won the All-Star race at Charlotte the week before and was primed for his first-ever Cup win at the near 60-year-old speedway.

Heroes Haven will partner again for the eighth consecutive race with JD Motorsports with Gary Keller at Dover International Speedway this weekend.

Regan Smith, who filled in for the injured Aric Almirola at Charlotte Motor Speedway, will once again pilot the No. 43 Smithfield Ford this weekend at Dover International Speedway. Smith drove to a fourth-place finish in the Monster Energy Open and raced as high as 12th before finishing 22nd in the Coca-Cola 600. Smith will work to tame the Monster Mile this weekend in his 12th Monster Energy NASCAR Cup Series start.

Austin Dillon stretched his fuel to win the Coca-Cola 600 at Charlotte Motor Speedway – the first victory of his career. His triumph also marked the first time the No. 3 Chevrolet reached Victory Lane since Dale Earnhardt won at Talladega on Oct. 15, 2000.
