Sam Tomkins has said in a recent podcast that Tommy Leuluai could be the coach of the year next season. He rates him that highly and said his understanding of the game is exceptional. Sam said he preps for a game and knows what his opposing player will do so plays with that in mind. He said TL does his prep and knows what every opposing player will do!
I mention this for two reasons. Firstly, the Harry Smith discussion above. TL must be working with Smith every day, yet as others have said, his game if littered with basic errors. Читать дальше...

I don't know the background story but I suspect the answer was they moved him because the coach had made him 3rd choice HB. No point leaving him up there.

With a lot of games getting called off for Covid, could the magic weekend end up been one game Saturday and one on Sunday, with last minute rearrangements of fixtures. I can`t see Superleague risking their money spinner been called off for another year. It would`nt surprise me if they cancelled all games 10 days before Magic so that it has the best chance of completing as many games as possible. I suppose there is always the possibility to finish the season later in the year as there is no RLWC to worry about now. Читать дальше...

That would be a massive blow, he was brilliant early season and I don’t think he’s done a lot wrong for us, with the lack of talent at centre I think we should be trying our best to keep him.

The saints one was very harsh I doubt there was even a second between the pass and the impact it was definitely a punishment of the injury not the act imo I missed the first one

All the more frustrating for me knowing there are kids busting a gut for this club ,whilst some senior players are just going through the motions .Chester needs to show more faith in these lad and even go down and watch them from time to time as these are the very future of our club.
