We just need a competent manager. Someone who can organise a team, has decent man-management skills and the ability to get the maximum out of his group of players with a few additions to the team and squad to provide an added boost. We had a bloke in charge at the start of last season with those skills, got rid and replaced him with someone who patently did not and have now got someone in charge who can hopefully - given the tools - repair the damage and set us on the right road again. What a great day out you must of had yesterday! Although a very nervy one..not helped by a rubbish game.
It was great to watch from a home fans point if view and I even found myself urging us not to score towards the end. Easily the loudest fans at ashton gate this season.
Hope you have a better season next year and keep hold of the legend that is Harry:D
