I reckon we missed Shinnie more than Cotterill last season, when we had no one capable of playing a good final ball.
Fine if we get a better replacement (like Toral) but at the moment he's the only player at the club capable of playing those decisive passes in the opposition's box

What a great player. In the 1956 cup final team and scored loads of goals as we finished 6th in the top division - our highest ever finish. The players used to have summer jobs in those days. Cotterill - not good enough if we want to mount a serious promotion campaign. Despite having a good impact early in Rowett's tenure he has regressed since then.
Solomon-Otabor - very raw, but quick and could potentially get us up the pitch quickly on the counter. Might be worth keeping for one more season, and hoping that the coaching staff can improve his game.
