So, if I get this straight, the binmen are the people who bankrupted Birmingham, because they got a crazy one-sided bonus which the cleaning ladies were entitled to, but didn't get.
And instead of the council clawing it back from the binmen, saying it was never lawful, the council decided to pay the cleaning ladies more. At a cost of a billion quid.
