Yep up today with over 400 million shares changing hands but still over a third lower than early April.

Worked for a company for 15 years, and left just over a month ago.
Had my P45 and no holiday pay, only had a day off this year.
Spoke to ex boss, who said they will sort it out for me. Few weeks passed no news.
Spoke to my old boss a second time, and they came out with some bull about they only owe me 2 days, as the holiday start dates run inline with the tax year April to March

Cost you about a grand to bring the case anyway, so unless you would get much more than that not worth the hassle.

OR you might be one of these cyclists trying to make 'a point'.
Riding way too far from the pavement and over reaching into the road. Like a dick, trying to get a reaction. And most likely wearing a head camera for when you rightly get pulled up for doing so.

The difference is that when a cyclist is filtering past slow moving cars they're the one moving quicker and deciding if the space is enough for them. A car passing at speed within a couple of feet to a cyclist is dangerous to the cyclist.
I'm not sure why people get so irate about cyclists. They're just people trying to get from A to B the same as everyone else.

I have, waste of time as you won't get representation on legal aid if it goes to a final hearing unless your willing to cover the hearing costs.
I went through hell when I took my last employers (big company) to a tribunal for unfair dismissal, the most stressful thing I've ever been through in my life

Is there nothing formally written down? Your letter or contract of employement ought to detail holidays and the periods over which they apply.
The company i worked for had Jan - Dec accounts... BUT holidays always ran from April - March to match government fiscal and tax years.i would think most companies do this.
If the April - March is correct... then 7 days (1 you have had plus 4 bank holidays and 2 they admit to) is correct for most people.

Been through one. Probably the fourth most stressful thing in my life. My advice would be to give the idea up, do your best to forget about it and don't become embittered. If you can stomach it, reconcile with your ex boss, you never know when you may need him

I don't mind leaving cyclists plenty of room BUT why do they think that it's ok to squeeze through a six inch gap on your inside when the traffic slows down ?
Unfortunately as the 'claimant' the onus is on you to prove your claim, ergo you'd have to be able to produce your original contract of employment etc
They aint gonna do that for you as they would have to cough up by the sounds of it.
