Down by me the roads didn't open till 6.45, supposed to have been 6 and it was carnage, in the end the old bill were called as people just started moving the cones and going. Cyclists were still going past 10 mins ago aswell!!
I think it's a brilliant event but really poorly managed and if it does return next year they must learn from there mistakes i.e. only closing half the road and making the other half one way only.
