Seen some great players down the Blues in my time, Quite difficult to pick the best XI since my first match in 1971. But here goes adding a modern day subs bench so I don't feel guilty for leaving some great players out. Quite hard to pick a starting XI after 45 years and even harder for some of the even more old timers on here? I can't find a space for Forssell, Hynd, Page, Dann and the like
Seaman
Van Den Hauwe - Gallagher - Todd - Dennis
Kendall - Ferguson

I bloody well miss him that’s a fact.
At least we were fun in those mad days!
Birmingham City capped off a fairly horrible week on Sunday, capitulating to a 2-0 loss in the Second City Derby. Sam Gallagher was unlucky not to put the team ahead in the first half but Blues showed a lack of fight until injury time when Cheikh Ndoye was sent off for a second yellow card after las

Forced to retire at 26 because of that head injury. Shame
Can anyone recommend a watch repair and service shop in Brum? Decent watch so not looking for some eastern European to chuck a sub standard battery in it from a piss stinking cabin on a shitty Brum high street.
Thanks.

Yes I believe so, insurance seems pretty standard in the top leagues these days, they'll get a payout of some kind, even we have insurance on our players in case of long term injury etc.
'Tis a shame, I suspect we might see him go into coaching, I'm sure his former clubs will help him out.
Best places you've been and seen the best sun rise and sun set for me Venice beech and Santa Monica also when I worked in Marrakech the mornings were very cold and when the sun came up it was something to behold

Tore us apart at their place and was MOTM at the weekend. Plays all over the pitch and a very intelligent player. I don't think that we have a centre half that will be able to cope with him. At age 34 probably playing the best football of his career. Any thoughts?

Argumentative old bugger isn't he?
:D
Much of the reaction over the past 24 hours or so on here and elsewhere.
Childish name-calling aimed at opposition supporters.
Moaning about the ref when we were clearly out-played.
Picking on individual players like N’Doye.
Here are the facts: we’re near the bottom of the table and were playing a team who had won six on the trot, hoping to get into the automatic promotion places. Where they play, and where their fans live, is irrelevant, as is the fact... Читать дальше...

Does anybody remember years ago when he played for us and during one part of the game near the centre circle he attempted to do an overhead kick and for some reason the ball wasnt near him or something like that and everybody in the Kop pissed themselves laughing and to this day im still laughing about it. Or was it more funny due to most of us being pissed everygame to blot the rubbish.
